RUSSELL S. WARREN, III
Russell S. Warren, III is an attorney and licensed real estate broker focused on helping current and future ranch owners in New Mexico. He started his career as an enlisted Infantry Rifleman, serving in Afghanistan with the 10th Mountain Division. Russell eventually commissioned as a Field Artillery Officer from the United States Military Academy and served with the 1st Cavalry Division at Ft. Hood, Texas.
Russell’s legal career began as a state prosecutor in New Mexico, where he prosecuted felony cases in Grants, Albuquerque, and Santa Fe. Russell was selected to become the lead attorney in the H.I.D.T.A federal task force on drug trafficking in Region III, northern New Mexico. After almost twelve years of public service, Russell joined the private sector at the oldest law firm in New Mexico, Catron, Catron, & Glassman, where he specialized in estate planning, asset protection and real estate.
Russell left the law firm of Catron, Catron, & Glassman and founded the RSW Law Firm with the goal of helping current and future ranch owners. Russell lives in Santa Fe, NM with his wife and young son. In his free time, Russell enjoys fly-fishing, hiking, spending time at his ranch, and chasing elk. Of course, he is also very passionate about his two favorite college football teams Army and Texas Tech. Trinnie Martinez was born and raised in Espanola, NM. Before joining the RSW Law Firm, she worked as a Judicial Specialist at the Rio Arriba County Magistrate Court. Trinnie brings over fifteen years of legal experience to the RSW Law Firm.
